Expressenz's Recreational Dance Program offers fun, high-quality training for all ages and skill levels. With flexible enrollment, exciting performances and a supportive environment, your dancer will build confidence, make friends and grow their love for dance. Join us for a season of movement and fun!

In 2024 Expressenz won Studio of the Year. The Studio of the Year Award recognizes excellence in dance education across various styles and age divisions. To compete, studios must enter one routine in each required category and submit a nomination form listing their 12 selected routines. These routines will be judged during the Finals, and the top five studios with the highest combined scores will advance to the Studio of the Year Dance-Off. In this final round, a special panel will rank all routines, with the highest-ranking studio winning the 2024 Studio of the Year title and $25,000. The remaining top five studios will each receive $5,000, with winners announced at The Dance Awards Show.
Summer Technique Intensive
Our annual NZ Technique Intensive allows dancers from all over the country to train like an Expressenz dancer for the weekend.
